  • Do I Need an Appointment?
We are a walk-in facility for all drug/alcohol testing; however, we prefer notice for occupational tests like fit and audio tests. Pulmonary Function Tests, DOT physical, pre-placement exams, FIT testing and audiograms REQUIRE appointments.
  • Where are you Located?
Our physical address is 1304 4th Ave NE Watford City ND. We are located through the parking lot of High RPM, the mechanic shop east of the Red Rock Jeep/Dodge dealership and the post office.
  • What if I'm on a prescription?
When you leave after your drug test, you'll be given a copy of your test. On the back of this form, we recommend writing down any prescriptions you are currently taking. Once the lab tests your sample, if your prescription shows up, you'll receive a phone call from a Medical Review Officer, they will have you confirm your prescription with them. Please DO NOT bring your prescriptions into our office.
  • Can I Take a Personal Test?
Yes! We allow personal testing, just tell us what you need, and we can do our best to accommodate you. Please see our services offered page to see what we offer. We are discreet and the only person with access to your results is you.
  • What do I need to bring in with me?
Your government issue photo ID and any paperwork that was email, texted, or handed to you from the employer to bring to us.
  • How long does it take for results?
Typically, 5-7 business days is the turnaround time for results. Right now, a lot of companies are facing employee shortages including FedEx and the Labs so results may take longer than usual. If you are taking a prescription, it also may take longer, if you miss the call from the Doctor confirming your prescriptions call them back as soon as possible to avoid further delay.
  • Is my sample tested at your location?
No. We are a collection site only, so all samples are sent off to lab for testing, unless it's an instant/rapid test.
  • Will this test tell me if i'm Pregnant?
No. This is a drug test only, we do not test for pregnancy. Please see your doctor if you think you may be pregnant and congratulations!
  • Can I test Non CDL Drivers under FMCSA?
DOT-regulated drug tests should only be administered to FMCSA-regulated drivers in one of the following categories: • CDL holders • CLP holders • Drivers that SHOULD have either a CDL or CLP
